The Gozney Dome XL (Gen 2) is designed for those who want the scale and flexibility of a true outdoor cooking centrepiece. With significantly more internal space than the original Dome and the ability to cook with wood, charcoal or propane, it is built for everything from high-temperature pizza to larger roasts and live-fire cooking for a crowd.
With space for one 18 inch pizza, two 12 inch pizzas or three 10 inch pizzas, the Dome XL (Gen 2) is well suited to hosting and high-capacity cooking. The larger interior gives you more room to manage heat, move food and cook beyond pizza with greater control.
The Dome XL (Gen 2) sits at the top of the Gozney range, combining large cooking capacity with a hybrid-fuel setup. It is designed for users who want a premium outdoor oven with the flexibility to switch between convenience and traditional live-fire cooking.
